Materials

Cowhide is full-thickness cattle hide - the same leather used in quality shoes and traditional goods. It's dense, naturally water-resistant when treated, and develops a patina with use rather than simply wearing out. The lining is cowhide too, not a separate synthetic layer. This is not split leather, bonded leather, or PU. We say cowhide specifically because it matters.

Care

Wipe with a dry cloth for dust and everyday marks. For spillages, use a slightly damp cloth and allow to dry naturally away from direct heat. Apply a cowhide-specific leather conditioner every three to four months to keep the hide supple and build the patina over time. Store stuffed with tissue or a bag insert to maintain the shape.
